I cannot view or print my forms

Some users have experienced a problem viewing 1099s/W2s using the newest version of Adobe Reader. You can fix this by opening Adobe Reader, going to Preferences from the Edit option, selecting Internet and unchecking the “Display PDF in Browser”.
After changing the settings in Adobe Reader, you will need to return to the Main Menu and go through the print process again.
Note: Make sure your pop-up blocker is off.

If you are using Internet Explorer 64-bit, you will need to use the 32-bit application. Adobe reader is a 32-bit application and cannot handle a 64-bit browser. You can access the 32-bit version from your Start>All Applications and selecting the IE that does not have a (64-bit) next to Internet Explorer.
