Q: What does your daily job activities involve?
Training and development, support and marketing the books program. I also keep four sets of books for our clients.

Q: What do you enjoy aside from your daily responsibilities?
I enjoy working with the customer at our User Seminar the most. This allows me the opportunity to meet the customer on a one-on-one basis.

Q: What improvements has TaxSlayer Books been working on lately?
We have been working on a Web version of the Books program.
